THREAD shrimp onto 4 skewers; place in shallow dish.
MIX remaining ingredients until blended. Reserve half the ketchup mixture for later use; pour remaining ketchup mixture over shrimp.
REFRIGERATE 30 min. to marinate, turning skewers after 15 min.
HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Grill shrimp 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning every 2 min. Serve with reserved ketchup mixture.
